Beech Tree Manor, in Jellico Tennessee, complies with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and all requirements imposed by or pursuant to the applicable civil rights regulations of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Further, Beech Tree Manor admits and provides services equally to the residents residing in the facility as required by the residents, pursuant to the instructions of the attending physician of any resident.

Further no resident, who is a resident of the facility, shall on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in or, be denied the benefits of any service, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance by the Facility.  Resident room assignments are not determined by race, color, or national origin.
